I don't think that suggestions based on a personal unwillingness to put efforts are going to go anywhere.
Just raise your fishing and go fish in higher level zones. I personally make leather without buying a single ressource (am a trapper).
You can either fish in higher level zones, and make oils with whatever tier 3 fish you find (to go with your radish), and make scales with your lower level fish, thus giving you two different ressources to sell, preventing an overloading of the market, which in turn just lowers the value of ressources over time.
OR
Garden for zucchinis, make zucchini oils and then enchant them up. While selling the radish that you naturally garden (opposed to enchanted from zucchinis), since anyway, very often, the raw vegetables are worth more on the market than the actual oil (considering an oil requires 2 veggie + a fish).
Changing this wouldn't make the game more fun overall. It would just help those who are too lazy to figure out their ressourcing runs. There's a reason why some ressources are highly priced...because near to no one enjoys doing it. Make it easy, and the price of those ressources will drop in a week..and then...you'll be whining that you cant make gold anymore from gardening/brewing.
