I am not a crafter, but if some of this gets implemented, it might b worthwhile to get in to it.

so much joy and happiness is coming from this thread. it's like thirty bunnies just exploded in front of me, and their glorious white fur is falling like the first snow of winter.

i love the idea of resin drops. and yes, i would convert them into trophies. but if you lowered the average trophy gains from resin, this would become less tempting. i'd still do it. but maybe other people wouldn't.
i love the idea of making crafting more accessible. you know, so the crafters/artists out there would feel like their lives suddenly have meaning. and so the auction house will be filled with lovely non-epic weapons and armor. seriously. it took me ages to find the 27 leggings/sleeves in AH.

Bump - issue of non epics still a concern.

You know what I would really like? A tinker's wagon. Containing just a full page of slots, limited to holding tradeskills items - but with no encumbrance. The thing could be a special piece of travel gear, or even a paid upgrade.

It could also be a sales point. See an avatar with a flag - say, a little + in a corner, click on it, and get the player's wagon. And haggle freely .
