Stealth
I'm thinking that there needs to be a stealth talent. Well, there doesn't need to be, but it would add to the experience, and it could possibly make group dynamics more interesting with the addition of timed quests, if such things are added later.
Stealth would give you a portion of your exploration bonus when exploration would otherwise not apply. A rogue could start with, say, 20% (which triples to 60% as usual), and other skills available to everyone could add on another 40%. Or to make it more usable for everyone else, it could be more like 10%/30% and 70%, respectively, so that any maxed player can avoid 56% of non-greys, and a rogue can avoid 80% of non-greys. It would add an incentive to letting a rogue lead any given party, further accelerating things.
Alternately, or additionally, there could be a "powerful bearing" skill, or whatever you want to call it, that raises the level at which exploration kicks in by 1, 2, or 3 levels, so that when maxed, only strictly higher levels will pick fights with you every time.
