Level 5/6 whip

As discussed in the other forum, there is a whip gap. You can get a level 3 whip, and a level 8 whip, yet unlike most weapons there isn't one available in between in Stronhad. Suggestion: add a whip in that range.

This isn't the only weapon to have a gap. Piercers have a gap between 14 and 19 I believe it is. I do understand that a gap right away might have more "ill effect" than a gap later but I just wanted to point it is wasn't the only weapon to have a "gap"
