Experience Penalties

So here is the thing. Tonight a buddy of mine had asked me to figure out how much experience he needs to go from level 41-46 crushing. My question is are the bonuses you receive from squirehood. active acceleration, and virtues calculated after the level penalty. ( 80% in his case ) And if so shouldn't it be calculated before the penalty? Because if you were receiving 53531 exp from 37500 exp in trophies with all bonuses, ( 5 virtues, active acceleration level 31, and squirehood 30 ) He should be gaining 10707 ever stack of 10 trophies, but he only gains 5400. i don't know if and kinda doubt that this is a bug but it is more of a question of the programming.

well since this is about xp penalties i want to suggest that a lvl 60 stats skill is added that reduces xp penalty for training skills above your lvl to make it a bit easier for those lvl cap to get there skills higher a bit easier

To my experience, yes they definitely do

you didnt calculate well the penalty maybe thats all

I did calculate the penalty, i was just wondering if the penalty comes first or do the bonuses come first.

I believe it to be so... base exp / penalties * bonus
