yeah...
they seriously need a boost for their class bonus imo

4(12)% increase to DD just can't cut it now. 10(30)% would be enough to boost it above those who gain bonuses to specific colours which overpower this bonus such as angels or necromancers and especially warlocks.
Admittedly I've never raised a wizard to an amazingly high level, but just on a few calculations it can be seen it isn't that effective to have a broad array of different gem lines.
