Well if you're speaking of civil there are rules against it and feel free to take a screenshot and email to Jeff to the proper measures can be taken... Otherwise Mods are not going to happen as they tend to powertrip over their position.... No one here condones racism other than joking about it from time to time. Only a very very small group might admit to actually being racist and those people spend their time in uncivil chat.
Personally I won't use racial slurs but may joke a bit myself, all in uncivil.
One cool feature is ignore... I use it frequently against spammer and people that are clearly either A) too young to play this game and lied about being 13 or B) are 13 and want to shoot their font off (as opposed to mouth... cuz we can't talk to eachother and... ahhhh forget it...)

Let me make something clear.
f you begin ranting about pai moderators, you will end up quitting this game eventually, after a week or so of aggravation. Jeff and Glitchless do not condone rascism or any other such thing in any way. If you dont want to hear it, stay out of uncivil chat. If you see rascist remarks in civil, advise those individuals to go to uncivil chat. If they continue, report them. That will put a stop to it eventually. Do not work yourself up about an issue that has already been addressed multiple times. There are already measures in place for this. Use them.

Munt--while I agree in principle with you...honestly, the responsibility lies with the insulted party, in this case....you.
Don't like what is being said in Civil? Tell them so. Report it. Or tell me and I'll chew someone out righteously for violating rules. (I'm a teacher, after all)
Don't like what is being said in uncivil? Tell them so. Or, as I have to do every once in a while, leave unciv for a bit and come back after the "fun" is over. Or ignore someone. Or just don't turn on chat in the first place. There aren't rules in unciv, but that doesn't mean you can't have your own boundaries...just don't whine, and don't try to force them on everyone else. That is annoying and frankly, rude.
Jeff isn't here to babysit us all. If you have a problem with what others are saying and doing--do something about it or stfu.
