Rank and Tax Ideas for Clans

If this has been brought up, then oh well.

Different ranks can pay different amount of tax. This way the high-level players can pay a higher tax, and the low-level players can pay a lower tax. This would help out a lot, especially for clans with a good mix of both.

Ranks aren't neccesarily level dependant...

I know, but I'm saying that the people that make more gold via methods not related with treasure chests (usually higher levels) can have a different rank which allows them to pay more tax.
Right now, the rank system is virtually worthless, so this would allow some more functionality to it.
