Default Timed out today and DIED

Jeff at 23.06 today, or very close to it the server crashed or something. From what I cvan gather everyone timed out.

My complaint is, I just entered combat. Normally not a problem but I didn't have time to click auto fire.

It took 3-4 minutes to re-log and I was dead. I lost 69 minutes.

I rad that thread but forgot about it. A global chat message like for the usual server reboot would've been nice.

As the thread Jon linked shows, people were warned though not everyone was likely to have taken the time to read the forums. Players often rely on other players to spread information around, but in Nodiatis it is too often the case that players are so concerned with spending every minute of their rested time properly that they don't take the time to spread vital information to their peers.

We regret that we did not provide better warning and are awarding everyone in this thread above this post 1 time card for at least discussing the issue in a meaningful manner.

Thank you Jeff. This has taught me 2 things. Management is willing to listen and is reasonably generous in resolution. And 2, Read the forums a bit more. Especially scheduled maintenance.

Reimbursements will not be given - you have been warned.

Does this mean we no longer trust ANYTHING Jeff says?

Come on Jeff, be consistent.

I do not begrudge the folks gettin tc's, I begrudge that you went and did the exact opposite of what you said.

end rant.
again.

I never Died. we got TCs for the discussion held here that should help everyone in the future to pay more attention to the news and announcements threads.
