Getting TC's from RT and RRT

Well everyone knows that TC's are worth 4 weeks of standard account time, 10 days premium, 6 hours rt, or 1 virtue, but what would be really awesome is if u could backwards do this like give away 6 hours RT for a TC.
Im suggesting that u can get a TC from giving up 10 days of premium account time, 4 weeks standard account time, 6 hours of RT or 1 virtue. I think its a great idea because due to history fair im wasting my rt, with it always being full when i log on days, also i want TC's, so the perfect solution!

I have trouble using up all my RTT most of the time with a standard account but it's my fault more then anyone elses. Maybe instead of a TC we could trade it for something not as valuable or be able to give some to one of our alts (the one with accell) hehe

Wait ... so I make 20 alts, give them all a tc, level up rollover cap and never play them. Basically I will have every 2 days 1 free tc. Means that I get 15 tc's a month on one char. Resulting that my initial 20 tc's result in 300 tc's over a 1 month period.

why not make something similar like a Refresh Card which could be made from 6 hours of RRT and traded but it only gives 1hour RRT and you mush be a standard or premium account to make them. that should be enough of a ratio to curb exploitation and limiting it to upgraded account status makes impossable to farm free accounts for Refresh Cards.
