Trading Soulbound Time Cards Among Your Accounts

With this patch we are implementing a feature that will allow you to trade soulbound time cards between your own accounts but ONLY if the accounts have both already made PayPal purchases and have done so using the same PayPal account.

Note: Making purchases from different PayPal accounts on the same character may prevent this from working properly. Letting someone on your account to make a purchase is a bannable offense. Never give anyone your password
