When we receive e-mail complaints about people claiming that someone is being uncivil in civil then we check chat logs and if they're right on more than one occasion the person gets permabanned from civil. Very few people have actually been permabanned from civil. Not surprisingly, however, those that are tend to be the more vocal whiny type intent on pretending to be the victim.

jeff and the supposed no rules uncivil? what are the rules of getting squelched from there?

You're not being manually re-squelched. If one char of yours who is squelched is logged on as the same time your other characters are on then they all get squelched. Leave them all logged on to run down the squelch.

No one in the history of Nodiatis has been squelched for anything said in uncivil unless they are spamming or saying how much they hate Nodiatis/Glitchless just trying to get banned.

Uncle Jeff your replies are few and far in between, this leads me to suspect it takes you a long time to come up with these things, don't strain yourself.

I kind of figured Jeff hates me, but guess what? Let him be prejudiced and play favorites with the big spenders. It's pretty obvious he lets them get away with loads of things and that he prefers them. We all know what goes on in the background, and that he knows and yet he does nothing. If he continues this, consequences will happen. One thing that can ruin a great game, unfair and easily swayed creator(s). This unfairness has got to stop if he wants this game to succeed.

On a side note: I don't constantly brag about my account, and that is the first time I ever mentioned him with Jeff on. The thing is though, literally 3 seconds after I said it, Jeff was on and permabanned me, squelched me, unsquelched me, and then proceeded to resquelch me, for 1440 minutes, but now it is around 1030 minutes left.

Another thing, when tyrantmaster was constantly spewing profanity and such, Jeff gave him about 3 or 4 tries, and then waiting until the next patch to permaban and squelch him. Now, I am immediately permabanned and squelched. Also, from what I have seen, he came back about a month or so later and continued to cause trouble, and even made a new account. Bans happen based on accounts, but squelches are done based on IP. So yea, I sense a disturbance in the fairness.

Edit: It is quite humorous how Jeff ignored all my questions and proceeded with everyone else's questions and posts. Almost seems he is trying to deter me. Hey Jeff instead of calling me a whiner, try being more fair and quit being a...and permaban and squelch all the others who do far worse than me. If not, then I will start reporting like I should and see if you actually hold true to the rules of civil.

less junk in civil is a good thing. more people benefit from this than are harmed by it so its all good to me.

honestly if i logged into the game for the first time and saw some of this stuff as a first impression i never would have logged back in...

quality control reduces some of the people that quit on day 1, and nod needs more players!

Menage go back to whining about TC prices and complaining how it is so unfair to all the new players. While I will "whine" about the unfairness of Jeff to everyone. Once again Menage, go back to whining and wanting a Socialist economy where Jeff controls all the prices.

It isn't just for all, you started it for yourself and to gain more followers, you broadened it to all. Just like I am doing. You are whining as I appear to be. So instead of you wanting fairness in terms of TCs and dissing my want for fairness in terms of punishment, respect what I am doing and realize it is similar to what you want.
