Playerkill Redemption

Playerkill Redemption seems very fair. A level 60 PKer could kill 3 level 20 PKers or 2 level 30s and be redeemed. I noticed something when I was grouped with 2 level 30+ players, though. We couldn't even touch a level 67. Seeing as how level is everything in combat, it REALLY seems fair that a high level PKer can redeem off lower levels when the lower level PKers can't even touch him/her.
Of course you can see right through the shade of irony. How is this fair? A PKer can easily cultivate lower level accounts that he could later use to redeem off of. I really cannot see how this is fair to the PKKers. Sure it takes time to level, let alone several accounts, but if the PKer is sneaky enough to hold out a couple of attempts on his head, he could eventually redeem off his own accounts.

Possible solution: PKers cannot redeem off "fellow" PKers unless there is a 4 level difference. This way the PKer who is being redeemed off of can actually stand a fighting chance against a pink opponent.

You can redeem off your alts. There's no way we'd instate a level limit on PK's redeeming off other low level PK's unless we also instated a level limit on PK's getting loot off of players neither of which will happen.

Fact is that even a 4 level difference is too much to stand a chance. Unless the higher one is weak as a girl and the lower one strong as a guy (couldn't come up with a better example, sorry shemales!).

Even a 2 and 1 level difference are key in PvP, so any 'restriction level' is pretty pointless as it will change nothing.
