Default Help! The new chat channel
We had the awakening experience of NTT (No Talk Tuesday) as people were generally abusing nubs and people asking questions. Now as Civil and Uncivil are mainly for chat (and abuse, yes) perhaps a new channel named Help or something to that affect would be a good fix to the issues of nub abuse...

Basically people can enter the channels to ask people questions. The people that would have that channel open are people that are genuinely interested in helping and teaching (some players DO care... however rare they are)....

Not only would this keep the nub abuse off the channels but it would also keep the .... intersingly refreshing.. questions out of the chat as well.

Perhaps when a new accounts starts (even at tutorial start) they can have access to this channel and after lvl 5 they can access civil and uncivil...
