Jeff can add Hotkeys, he's even gone as far as saying he'd add them at some point. that said I'd love to see them added because no matter how hard I try I can't get my scripted Hotkeys to work 100% of the time.
btw in the mean time while waiting for movement keys download AutoHotkey and make your own.

macroing consist of you not being present, if you're using as its intended by making hotkeys to click you're not macroing.

Hot keys will be implemented inthe future. In the mean time you can do as Decker suggests.

autohotkey is name of the program.
and the script i have, i use with my ps2 controller. each button press is equal to 1 mouse click/button click.

bought an adaptor for ~$4. was well worth it
for like ~$25 you can buy a logitech 1 as well though.
