Default New Economy with recent patches

Good Morning fellow non-chatters:

I was procrastinating doing this but perhaps now is a good time.

Any enchanters please post the most demanded and lowest supplied resources in nod for my equation.

Basically with the new patch people can resell cheap resources that they turn into more expensive ones, this isn't a problem, but can flood the market with expensive resources and leave the lower tiers out.

Whether people follow what I suggest I don't really care... this will prevent prices from rising and the resource sellers to lose money.

Suggestions are welcomed, criticism is not.

Resellers will be detected, and banished from the society of mercantile services, a secret order controlling th ecash distribution in NOD.

Second: First through Third tier items are now of great importance, and as stated above, will provide the entire Nod community with viable trade capability.

What i've noticed so far is that the lower tier items are now a lot more popular so they will be more scarce and also sell for much higher prices.

On the other end of the spectrum the higher tier items have not been affected that much YET. but in the long run as people combine and combine and combine eventually the market will flood with a lot of higher tier items resulting in the price going down for them.

How much and how soon. no one knows. Hopefully most people will just use the goods for crafting so we will not see much of a shock to the higher tier stuff.

They aren't expensive, thats just it. Consider a +10 stone. A useful one employs about 6 tier 5 objects, as 3 would be needed for +5DEX alone!

These cost between 500gp-1500gp PER item! (3,000-7500)

You would expect stones to cost well over 7,500 each then, right?
How do I sell them for 5k? I craft the base components myself for many of them, and I have good friends!!!

How then is 5,000 expensive?

(edit: actually, +N DEX requires FIVE tier N objects, and four craft skill proficiencies!!)

If i am to create a structure I need to know what is used most and adjust for that, what is in high demand, adjust for that, what is scarce, adjust for that, and we need to look ahead to tier 30...

STR= dyes (combination of two items)
MRE= skins (one item)
PRE= ignots (combination of 4 items)
DEX= leather (combination of 5 items)
AGI= sinew (one item)
INT= fish scales (one item)

since the need to craft high tier items is not necessary anymore you can break it down into how many items does it take to make each one.

Dex is the most expensive
Ignots are next
Str third
and everything else after that is about the same.

cloth requires 6 items to craft but CNC is not as popular do to the lack of casters also since spider webs are easily found in all stores most of the time they dont sell for what they should.

Also when making stones there are particular resources that are not 100% in one stat but rather 33% of 3 different stat possibilities so some stone crafters use those and gamble hoping they get the Stat they want. If that gamble works out the actual cost put into the stone would be alot less then the person using the 100% Stat resource.

btw***I'm not giving away any secrets. the enchanting stone guide and chart are posted in several threads. Anyone with common sense can figure it out.

Actually that works. The truth of the matter is, I have to! If I don't, I can't make them for 5k for very long without losing money!!!

That being said, you can tell that a stone with +N/-N stats is one without the SOMETIMES LESS EXPENSIVE randumbs, and a stone with +N/-t-r stats is likely one WITH !!!

However, even this primitive look doesn't cover all cases. A person using randoms usually has to generate 3-5x as many stones to get what they need. All in all, most know I keep costs low using this, and by generating my own resources, or getting them for cheap from friends.

By the way, having no chat has caused me to commit heinous acts of debauchery...

no need for secrets... just the need to know what is the most expensive, in highest demand and hardest to get.
