Hehe I like this upgrade, posted an idea on "Ideas and Suggestion" about getting something a kind to this, altho only for personal useage, where putting mouse over, say your own image in Skills window lets you see your To Hit, To Cast, To Dodge, To Parry and To Block chanses against last fought mob.
Would like to see that if possible.
If not, then I vote for skills to be compleated, if I'm allowed too.

Its a great update!
Thanks Glitchless!
Not sure about the pk blending though ? Could that be a bit more clear ?
It seems like a toggable function ? Can it be turned on for a specific amount of time or if they havent been in combat of for the listed period of times it can be on forever ?
Thats a bit weird, shouldnt it be timed ? 2 hours - 5 hours or so ? Or maybe the time could increase with amount of kills they do ?
Otherwise it looks like if a pker(someone's alternative char) kills one person loggs off for a week or two, then everyone just forgets about him when he logins in not flashing red ?
A little more clarification needed thanks

The flashing red background will only excist after following.
1: One hour after the PKer killed someone.
2: 15 Min after someone attacked the PKer.
After that the flashing goes away, wich makes it easier for the PKer to hide, once his one hour is done.

I understand, but it seems that pks have it too easy now ? To be blended and forgotten about ?

Nawww I see this is an awesome challange, I know for sure I'm not gonna forgett a PKer, and I'm sure Zenga won't either.
So it's still hard time for the PKers, but atleast, they don't have it crazy ass you're screwed hard now =)

PK's have it to EASY, are you insane? Love the changes while he did add the blend, with the bigger face it is more easy to see the name. You are correct Jeff about allowing people to be added to buddies after going PK it gives new players a chance to add us, and allows us to add new hunters.

Logging Off vs AFK
I'm not 100% sure this is a new feature, but I never saw it before and so I'm going out on a limb and talking about it here. (Apologies if I've posted to the wrong place.)
I sometimes go away for a meal or snack, and leave my character logged in so I can get shared bliss, and see clan chat that occurred while I was gone. Today I returned from lunch and saw that Jeff has messaged me (probably automated) with the idea that logging off protects you from all PvP encounters regardless of whether you are in a town. (I usually am when doing this, but today I stopped mid-journey, and had a momentary qualm about doing it so I took my most valuable un soul-bound things and stored them.)
Well, this gave me an idea for a new feature. I think it would make things more exciting for us honest players and for the Rogues as well (or Rogue-wannabes with a lesser chance of success, perhaps) to be able to steal things off a player without killing them, if they are AFK.
You'd have to be able to see that they were AFK for a while, whether that was through hovering and examining their portrait or by msging them and seeing if they respond, or something. But if you decide to risk it, you get to loot an item ... maybe a certain skill in pick-pocketry or stealth needs to be developed first and maybe Rogues get a bonus on it.
And if you get caught, because they come back to their computer and see you rifling through their stuff, or because they were laying in wait for you as a trap, then you either have to give up something of yours, or face PvP with them. They get to take a percentage of what you own, but you aren't perma-killed if you lose. If you win the combat, you become a PK, since you effectively committed murder to escape justice, which is like PKing in a moral if not a technical sense.
Maybe having a pet helps protect you against being stolen from, to some degree based on its stats and loyalty and such.
This is a long post, but I hope it will stir up further discussion, and it needs to be thought through because it would change game play a little for people in certain habits now, but I think it would balance the ease of collecting shared bliss when you're not actively contributing to the game by posing some risks to the incautious player. And it would make Rogue class (of which I'm not one) a more desirable and useful thing to play.

Most likly won't work, some people will just get a level 70 rouge and then go around mugging every noob around, they won't care about the PvP risk becaus honnestly, what odds does anyone level 66 or lower against a level 70?
Sorry for disagreeing, but, bad idea.

The next update should just give other people the option to log into other peoples' chars. 'Inspect' murdered PvP, PK blending... lol... ya so PKing is a walk in the park now, and on top of that there is semi-detailed info on chars when you mouseover. Some people don't want others to know which clan they're in. Great update...

ATH,
I think you missed something in my idea that would have made a difference.
If you're talking about players who are already PKers, they wouldn't be dettered, no, but they can already go around doing this (one item) to noobs. No benefit accrues to them here, and it won't even count towards their PK success count unless the victim "wakes up" and catches them and engages them in combat. Maybe not even then, if people don't think it should.
Now, if someone wants to stay normal, not be a PKer, they have to take their consequences when they're caught. If they choose to fight instead, they become a PKer and are now hunted by all PKKers, even though they didn't go into it thinking violence would occur. They either "go quietly" or they become a violent PKer.
This will deter high level players who don't want to be a PKer, and if they do want that they probably already are so this feature wouldn't change anything.

Well, suppose the penalty if you get caught and want to "repay society" is you give back what you stole, + something of equal value to make it up to them, and you forfeit something of that value (or pay gp) to some kind of common trust .... maybe something related to the clan who is enforcing the laws and collecting taxes in the zone you're in, maybe not.
How much would the penalty have to be, in other words, to make you risk it once in a while but not rob everyone blind all day long.
Or maybe that's a viable strategy of play... to go around thieving, and kill no monsters.

So now a low level like lvl 10 can go pk one minute b4 reset and have a chance to survive....with this blending. Hmmm definitely might see more pks out there.
