Just gonna post my ideas on what the unfinished skill could do in game =)
Strikethrough - 0.1% per level to ignore opponents aromor (either partly or compleatly)
Kitting - 0.1 % per level chanse to dodge attacks and magics and automaticly fireing an immediate ranged shot.
- 0.25% per level chanse to dodge depending on your combined Dex and Agi.
Blinding Arrow - 0.15% per level chance to blinding you opponent for 4 seccond giving them them a -50% to hit chance aura.
Growl - 0.15 % per level chanse (with a 15% base bonus if you have a whip equiped) to cast a 0.15% speed reduction aura (15% reduction bonus when using whip) (only works for attack pets)
I'm not going to speculate about the adventure and social skills that are not compleated, can't think of anything good for them at the moment =)
Oh yeah a thought of my own.
Arrowrain - Needs to be changed, it's just as worthless as kitting are at the moment.
Everything sounds good except Strikethrough, because that would cause Pierce to become obsolete

Not quite Sap.
Piercer get its effect 100% of the time, and on 15% armor, my suggestion is 10% chanse to ignore say 50% of armor, hence giving piercing gets 100% chanse to reduce armor with 15% and 50% chanse to reduce armor with 65%
