We'll be finishing the level 40 and 60 skills before releasing level 80 skill info.

bent, would also mean, we would have to hit lvl eighty for us to use them....meaning cap will have to be increased....why make the high lvl players drool and be unhappy that we cant access those skills for an undetermined amount of time? :P
