what free account has highest lvl?

and by free I mean not having paid for anything at all on your account and not having used time cards(whether you got them for free or you bought them with gold)

I got 20, anyone got that beat?

I'm 10. I will be buying TCs soon though. I'm sure there's higher out there though as I know some people refuse to pay for a free game. I could have been higher if I had played when I first joined.

The highest level N i've seen was way back in September of last year i think. They were level 24 at the time and there name was Nyteshade. If they were still around, i bet they would of been a lvl 40 to 50 free account.
