Default DM / PK warning and confirmation

From another thread, I want to suggest the following ideas

1) Not every user reads the forum from a to z, or is able to recall the history of what is written here (doesn't matter if one is expected to read it or not, fact is not everyone is doing it). Adding a clear and 'official' code of conduct about DM's in the rules section shouldn't be that hard. Even a reference to the forum threads where jeff stated his point of view would help.

2) About 'mis clicking': cognitive psychology has been used for years trying to define the best user interface. One of the hardest parts is to determine the interaction between users and user dialogue screens. Many people just click 'yes' or 'accept' because they *trust* the system (i.e. without reading it in detail). It gets worse when people are distracted or surprised, most notably after a first mis click.

Now project that to nod and a simple 3rd security option will avoid many troubles. That is when you have confirmed to accept a deathmatch or to force combat for the first time a dialogue pops up where you have to confirm with your password along with a line that explains the consequences again.

Both 1 and 2 will save us all lots of troubles. Not to mention that people who have spent 100's if not 1000's of $ on their char end up in a situation they don't want by 2 simple misclicks.

If people want to keep their password secret (entering quickly on the login screen) or are playing from an internet cafe of university lab. I dont mean myself, but I would imagine that some people do, what Zenga suggested could be done slightly different.

Just to have a confirmation and a random number or random letter that appears as an imagine to enter, they usually do those for some registration at the websites.

This should be only done for DMs and Force combats and not for regular duels, so people will see the difference and take time reading the message, while looking for those letters and numbers to enter on the keyboard.

I'm a fervent advocate of this suggestion. It could have prevented what happened to me, although I'm still not sure what exactly that was.

As for sending out DM challenges, it opens up in the middle of the screen with the words "DEATHMATCH" and "EVERYTHING" in capital letters. No wonder people never accept DM challenges, looks pretty damn dangerous.

Would be a fantastic addition to the game and needed because "Force Combat" and "Offer Deathmatch" are almost on top of each other, I'm surprised this hasn't happened before.

Against Darwin's wishes a safeguard will be implemented requiring you to type something (not your password) to confirm deathmatches, force combats, and rerolls with the enrage patch at the end of the week.
