Default This is not acceptable to me

Okay,

First off, I love the game, which is why I support it with my hard earned scratch. I started playing less than a month ago.

I may not be a Nodiatis "high roller" in terms of real money spent, but I believe $50 or so in less than 30 days entitles me to my two cents.

I logged onto paybycash today from Nodiatis to purchase some Time Cards with the intent of selling them in game. I chose the "automatic debit" option and put my info in. This was the second time I had done this, so I was suprised when after completing the transaction I got a screen that says some of the info I entered was incorrect, and had to choose another payment option. I thought it was weird, but whatever, I wrote a check and faxed it in. A few minutes later I got my confirmation email, I received my TC's and I set about selling them (or trying to).

I walk away from my computer for 5 minutes and come back to see I had been logged out. I figured there had been a server reboot or something, so I try to log back in and get this message:

"Your player is locked due to a PayByCash dispute. Email orders@nodiatis.com and include your character name for assistance."

WTF??

Of course I can get no information at all. I emailed orders@nodiatis.com and it's been hours and still nothing. I tried to email PayByCash to figure out what's going on and encounter some error that prohibits me from contacting them at all.

I've double checked my routing number, my account number etc... my checks are good and I have plenty of money in my account...

I find it completely unprofessional to lock a player's account without ANY ATTEMPT at communication before hand and then after doing so to be COMPLETELY UNAVAILABLE.

what kind of crap is this? If there was a problem with my payment, I should have been contacted (you would think, from Nodiatis AND PayByCash.... but neither??????)... I submitted an email address for a reason. And if you are going to just lock my account without warning you should at least be available so that I can resolve whatever situation there is, not leave me hanging in the wind.

Honestly this whole situation is extremely frustrating and puts a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be hesitant to pay again in the future for fear my account is going to be suddenly and unceremoniously locked!

You were e-mail a response almost immediately. I am PM'ing you the response which may have personal info in it in case you did not receive it in the mail or it is in your junk folder due to over-zealous filtering that some ISPs are doing.

Edit for additional info for others:
This goes without saying but make SURE you have the funds in your account prior to writing a check or doing any kind of debit transaction with PayByCash. If the order bounces then your account will be locked until you pay back the amount plus PayByCash will charge you a fee (because your bank charged them one) for the bounce.

I have plenty of money in my account and I don't appreciate the insinuation. If a $12 charge was going to break me I wouldn't be paying at all.

99% of the time that is the reason for an unexpected bounce. This may not be your fault at all - but you really need to follow the steps explained in your PM and E-mail (namely contacting help@paybycash.com) to determine the reason for the reversal so that we can actually help you.
