Reasons for the weird brackets:

[16-19] is to avoid lv. 20 dual-wielders bashing those who are a lower lv.

[60] is because they've had time to perfect their skills and have a huge advantage.

As for the points, I'm hoping we can have an official League, one tournament per month. At the end of the year, the person with the most accumulated points will stand as winner.

The point system allows players to level up and not having to worry about someone winning their former bracket =]
