Rested Time / Roll-over Rested Time

I know we are all about geting players to interact with each other more often. I think that a good idea to promote this would be to allow paid accts to sell/buy rested time, or even just roll-over rested time.

I know there are a lot of us paid players that can play A LOT, but some like me, never use all their RRT, let alont RT. I know I would love to sell my RRT, and I am sure many others would love to buy more RT. It is a good way for game gold to be circulated, and for thoes of us that pay, to possibly buy extra RT every day.

Seems like the potential for abuse would be high.
