To register I need your Players Name and Level. If you pass the required level by the time the duels start you will forfeit at that level and you will be transfered to the level duel that you belong in. I need you to update your level if it does change. Thank you for the cooperation. If you are willing on putting gold into the duel tournaments that I will be holding please send me an in game message and I will make another tournament for that. That tournament will off of a Round Robin and 1st through 3rd will receive gold prizes.

Hello ^^ You might want to think of these little suggestions, if i may:

1) Identify your in-game player name (not many people use the forums)

2) Could you please identify city-wise what is US eastern time? I am not from USA, as lots of people are here as well. Like GMT +2 or +7 ? or something else please?

3) You might want to hire some assistants for duel groups, otherwise you will find yourself crazy keeping all the score of all duel groups or that duel tournament will take a couple of hours at least.
There could be lvl duel groups in 4 towns (like lvl1-5, lvl 20-25, lvl 40-45 in Town 1, and etc.) and 4 people could manage the groups, keep the scores and everything. Then report and compile and manage the prizes.

4) You could set a entree fee for players that have paid accounts ( free acounts can enter without fee, they cant pay plus they are at a disadvantage too since they cant use epics)

That entree fee could work this way:
LVl 1-5, 100g per player, the winner gets 90% of gold, 10% gets the organizer
Lvl 6-10, 200g per player, the winner gets 90% of gold, 10% gets the organizer
lvl 11-15, 300g per player , the winnder gets 90% ...etc..etc..

This way it will add more fun and competition. You can manage the % of winner gold and organizer up to you.

5) Decide the rules, use or not use epics or not rules at all.

6) If you get someone to help you, some duel groups should start simultaneously at different locations.
So probably good idea would be to place here on the forum the information of the duel place and time of each duel group.
So you dont run around pming people and calling everyone.

7) If you have limited places of only 8 per lvl group, you should limit to one entry per one player. So the more players can participate instead of one person puts up all his alts in most of the duels (no offence plz Zenga). ^_^v


Sorry for all this, but I know how all this stuff is being organized usually and its real drastic to do it all by yourself and without little money compensation. Or moral compensation, whatever you choose.

Also I am not asking to be the assistant or anything, because I dont think I will be online on Saturday the 27th here.. But before i know the exact time I will register:
