Serious thread!!!

Ok, this thread starts off as a bit of a story.... Many many moons ago myself, Smoovie and Dennithemennis (Den for short) was having a dabble testing out the new areas we could go into as we were all new lvl 60 combatants.

During our exploits, while travelling through a certain region, we came across a monster...... frog squashed by a truck sure, but a mob all the same.... Once our battle was completed...... 1 of us got a trophy drop, this trophy drop was an epic 67 sleeve. I was overjoyed for my friend and I couldnt wait to get back to town to sell my archery piece of **** that once again a few fights later was dropped on me.

The last few weeks experience has made me come to some sort of conclussion..... I have gathered that once evey TC spent, I usually get a trophy drop, yes it looks like im showing off, but more than regular i get a bear, or a dumb quiver. I say that, as I do slashing and archery stuff are no good to me, eccept the gold it brings me in the store.

On Friday 5th Dec 2008, Me Ath and Den went on a mad Boss killing spree, Im sure most have seen the SS's in the forums. Once we were done, Ath n Den went to bed.....

I was not tired, I took myself to town, killed many mobs in arena Isle, then worked myself through Geyser valley to Oil swamp....... I was almost encumbered by the time i got there but stuck all in storeage.

I decided to take a trip over canyon edge and dumped my trophies in fenelia...... then fenelia..... 3 squares down, 5 steps left, you can jump into oil mostly missing canyon mob........


The whole point of my story is....... every time I got a grease golem(lvl65), I killed him, every time i got a goblin, (lvl 66) I escaped him..... I went through 2 time cards on this grease gollem and didnt even get a single weapon/armour drop................


Is he broken? Am I broken? do we only get drops as per kills, or time spent in combat? I have no idea now......... I think he had loads of epic armour to give away...... but
I think someone saw too many people raising to lvl 60 in his range and took them away for safe keeping.


Jeff, PM is welcome...... Im spending loads of cash here and would love a tutorial if ive got something wrong.

i've gone 18hrs of rt without a single drop ray ray... and that's on white/yellow mobs.

The way loot tables work there is a possibility that some creatures are less likely than others to drop loot simply because there are less items within their level range.

Constantly on rolover rested time and this mob is a black Style.

Oh, and my plundrefield lvl is 50

i've never found plunderfiend to help with loot drops only on stackable drops

i know what you mean mate i usually get an epic drop every 3 days but dose it work on how many cards you use or on how many mobs you kill before you are due a drop would be good to know the answer to that question )
