Resource Drops

Does my level versus the mobs level determine the the resource drop rate at all?

Or is it 100% dependent on my resourcing level , on the area i'm farming at?

As a level 90, am i penalized for resourcing in a low zone like say, rapids, dam, s.lake, N.lake?

If the mob is grey, does the chance of getting a t30 go away in a zone where it is possible to otherwise get one?

I'm pretty sure i pulled like a t21 dust in sandy beach on a Green mob when i resourced earlier.

Player level isn't a factor in resources, just the level of the place you're fighting.

Just for clarification, Gitch, are you saying or is it so the higher the area the higher the resource?

I have seen higher silks drop based on the area level. Is there a higher chance for higher resources fighting higher level mobs ATM? If so I may try farming again. If not, give big T please!

I'm saying you probably won't get a t30 on the docks. Not saying anything more.
