Default Jester class on beast
So I figured this would be broken if it worked but can the Jester ability work on the epic/LG beasts? As far as freezing everyone for 10 seconds while the beast is taking massive pending dot dmg.

seems balanced imo, can't kill beast without procing shaft or rupture. this makes it so you dont get cheesed as soon as you enter combat against beast as a dotter. If 3 people cast that ability, we only have 2 second windows to cast gems per, so its not as broken as it may seem I'd say

Then again, i'm a dcdot so i'm probably slightly biased. O.o just my thoughts tho

It's not about balance so much as it is about holding/dragging out the fight and pissing off everyone else in the queue. Jester ability will not work on beasts.

You could put it on a 60 second cooldown every combat much like you do with the cooldowns before an arena match starts. Having accel and double accel active puts the current cooldown at 75 anyway. Leave it at 5 minutes for pvp of course. Wouldn't really break anything in my opinion
