Question about high CNT

So I have been running 476-500 CNT with Pet Haste, and rabids R5 psych resistance vs RW boss, and i'd say 1 in 20 or so fights I'd get apocced, So I decided that that's eating into my kill speed to much, Today i began running 700 cnt, and out of the first 15 or so fights i've been apocced 4 times, with same gem auras (Edit: while writing this 5th one happened)

Am I just extremely unlucky, or is there something weird going on with overly high cnt? Because I thought that Adding 1.5xish more cnt would drastically increase the amounts of resists i should be getting since the cnt/resist revamp.

Yup, sounds like a really scientific baseline and load of testing to measure the new CNT against

Thanks smartass, for pointing out the obviously none scientific test the i wasn't doing before finding a potential issue.

On the topic of my origional post, i've ran 50 fights with 475 cnt and was apocced once and another 50 with 700 cnt and was appoced three times, i know its a small sample size going to continue testing the 700 cnt, and will retest 475 cnt after i get a larger number of fights for 700

Actually since apocss are so rand going to do gem casts that are resisted vs not resist as it will be a more consistent way to measure a larger number cnt vs gem casts procs

Disregard this, I was just extremely unlucky with Apocs, overal resist rates are almost double with 700 cnt.
