Default Civil/Uncivil
Why are there still separate channels for civil and uncivil chat? There doesn't seem to be any enforcement for breaking the rules of civil. Please either combine them into a global channel or bring back the civil nature of civil chat.

I'm 100% serious about this. I wouldn't want my teenager to play this game in the state that civil has fallen to.
