Hello everyone, long time no see, I was just wondering whats going on with the Virtue Pack? I now know that we can no longer buy single TCs, but whats going on with the Virtue Pack? On my main, it says iv already got it, but on my alt, it doesn't even show up as an option.

I see the same things from my toons. My cap says I already have it; nub (who has two virts) does not show option for package. I'm on the downloadable.

Grinder and the Virtue Pack are only purchasable on accounts with at least a standard account. Grinder has no use otherwise, and you're not likely to want to buy every virtue if you don't first have standard, so it reduces information overload for new players. You can still buy individual virtues regardless.

So in other words, I need to have a TC active in order to even be able to get that option, all the while the last time I remember, virtues only benefited you with more exp (doubled if you had them all) and arena tokens.

If that has changed, can someone explain to me what it does now?

If it has not changed, what would be the gain of wasting a TC in order to buy a pack when one can just not waste a TC and get them one by one?

There's no benefit to getting the pack rather than 1 by 1 other than convenience.

Perhaps this then... on the 'purchase virtues' page you get when you buy them through a piece of gear, put a link to buy the remaining/whole pack (or as many of them as you have tcs). Or if the 25 tc (or higher) stack of tcs is purchased, let the option appear for that toon. But then how would they know it's appeared? hm.

At the moment, even the information on that page, doesn't speak anything about how many there are or how to get to (face required atm) where you can buy them all. I've seen a few people drop funds to buy all upgrades in the first week, hit the game hard and sadly leave after a few months - but they played how they wanted to play and enjoyed it. I've seen nodders suggest virts first believing they are better return on your money over time until cap (and yes, even in light of new #9 with nubs not getting free outfitting, they would likely have the same opinion).

I absolutely support the no overload idea. Although, if someone wants to spend money.....
