A proposed alternative to the old bant hammer. When someone's toon is to be banned, instead of the typical ban hammer, the toon is put in "Blood Hunt" mode, they are basically a perma flashing red pk, any kills have the same affect as a pkk. This effect is permanent (no entering towns) until successfully hunted, no lg redemption.

This would indirectly encourage bad behavior. Generally the people who get banned are doing stupid things because they want more attention, and this would only increase that impulse.
