The min Is to prevent capped players from making alts, to throw matches, to give rating to their friends. The level 20 queue was a legacy rule that needed to be scaled up to modern-day Nodiatis. There is no reason why a level 20 should be in queue today at all, 1x tempers barely help at that level, and it just screws over the other capped toons who are trying to get tempers as well.
Because we all know, a soft-cap level 85 with 5k HP is pretty much an infant compared to a level 90 with 50,000HP
That being said, the issue of throwing matches is still pretty big. Klawer did it for 6100 matches last season queueing naked before he was finally banned, and he had capped toons with 15-20k hp's lol.
Non-Anon is good and bad for reasons though, it's good because you can see who is throwing, who is trying, or actually try to guide your team to victory, instead of hoping they have an idea of how to actually play in PvP, or trying to 1v3 the enemy team by yourself.
It's bad because you can't help the players who have no idea how to PvP, and you also can't see who Is throwing matches, since they are Anon.
On another good note though, this helps weaker/soft caps get tempers they need, by winning matches they would otherwise have no chance of doing so, in other formats.
In all honesty though, I think adding a group chat to this format, with all white fonts, and faces not showing would be good. because you can at least be like "someone shatter sacri!" or say something without having to say it in Civil
Give the anon players a number, "Anonteammate1 , and Anonteammate2" ,... unless one of em' has over 2500 rating, then you'd know already but, yeah lol
