That makes no sense. You get an exp bonus for having more companions. You can reset any companion to level 0 to remove your exp penalties caused by that companion. There's literally no downside to more companions.

none forces you to do so...but personaly i want to destroy my companions,and i cant

i think that should be my option if i intend to do so.,...but seems i have no choice atm...maybe Glitch consider this and allow ppl to destroy what they dont want to have

the reason is i want to start all over again building and training up companions in a diferent way....but i/we can`t...having companions for the first time is also the last time...u dont have another chance to figure it out...good or bad u are stuck with the starting way

There's no downside to having them. You can untrain them. There's no reason to get rid of them and have to spend a ton more on flowers again.

Unlink from slot and/or 'forget skill entirely' - are those not equivalent to total start over?
Plus the not affording meat/flowers again.
