Current Debrainer stats:
13-159 damage
25 delay
3 str, 2 pst, 6 int, 2 agi unstoned. 13 base stats total.
Can I ask what the new damage will be? Will the DPS scale perfectly? I don't really mind if DPS scales, as this is another version of the lvl 10 crusher and 18 whip exploit. But the weapon is still versatile and effective. I can understand Tsur's outburst against debrainers. I don't think they should be nerfed. There are plenty of weapons that are useless for their level range. It's fair to have an unusually strong epic to make up for it.
I am saddened about the proc being nerfed directly and indirectly due to delay, but it still won't dissuade me from using it. It does encourage me to try other tank weapons though in certain situations.
I'd like more options from other people and builds.
