First Arena Rule Casualties
Mircicaster, Mircicutza, Menuletz, Mircicako, Mircibeast, Buciful, Mircitank, Valmiur, and Menulet have all been arena banned for the remainder of 2019 for queueing and fighting against their own or shared characters.
Update 2:
All bans reduced in duration to the end of this season due to rule change.

4. No two characters who have recently (this season) been controlled by the same person and are on different teams may queue at the same time and risk facing each other. The matchmaking system will only prevent characters from facing each other if they currently have the same IP address. The e-mail method used prior was being abused. So if you are whoring your char out (also against the rules, though not in itself bannable) and the other person queues and your two characters face each other you (and possibly your entire team) will be disqualified for the remainder of the arena season.

Thank you for clarifying the reason for the banning over the email thread we had.
In order to interpret correctly the rule http://forums.nodiatis.com/forums/sh...ad.php_t=20800, please explicitly specify that ownership qualifies as "controlled by the same person" because for me (my English is not that great) "controlled by the same person" means that accounts are played by the same person (stupid me).
As i stated in my email, these 3 teams were played by 3 different persons and some of them had the same owner in the past.
Lesson learnt.

By Your 2 characters he means linked by anything, email, ip, purchase blah blah blah, right glitch?  cause like he said, his english is not perfect but he must understand that those characters that have same email are still his even if he didnt log them in the last 5 years
