You're - you are. So your post (see the different spelling) which is saying 'you are welcome', get abbreviated to 'you're welcome'.
'your welcome' describes the welcome that you give or receive from a visitor, host, etc. It is the welcome that is given to you, and described as such. Just like 'your post' as mentioned above.
If you want to be clever with your use of English, criticising Claudia (for whom it is a second language) and still managing to get it wrong just makes you look like a bit of an idiot.
