Default Show * For Daze Incapacitates

If you hit yourself with an incap while dazed, it should have the * next to it to help you know the source.

Would be nice to see it for self-inflicted DoT effects as well.

Queued for words. DoTs can't work that way since it is a cumulative effect from multiple sources.
