Bestial Sacrifice need a fix?

so every character in Nod gets advantage of this skill...yet only bm`s who rely on pets to make dmg are maimed? is this a fair thing while everyone else gets at least a 10% free hp increase?

Actually people take for granted how much damage their pets do, even without whips, if they raise the right skills, use the right gems, etc.
Extra damage is still damage.
I assume the same pets heal for less with this skill too?

dot dd and most of other classes are not based on pet dealing damage while the bm class is...so no efect for them the maiming thing,yet like i sayd they gain an extra free 10% hp
i would really like to see Glitch reconsider this skill...i dont want to start a debate but i think bm`s got enough downgrades based on words and i strongly think and recomand that this skill need a fix/adjust

you are aware of the fact that when using whips you also get 4x the dot/drain reduction and an epic skill that allows you to vamp for upto 5% more per whip (10% total) hp with melee/range attacks as well as double the hp boost of non whip builds right?

i dont know how that drain reduction works...i still lose all mana/ene when hited once by dotter...and do you honestly thing that vamp for melee or ranged count much for a bm?

since everyone gets hp increase i just dont understand why only pets get maimed and not all form of atacks....

It reduces DRAIN gems, not thefts. People always seem to forget, its a Petmanship, not beastmaster skill tree. EVERY toon in nod uses pets... if you dont like the free 20% hp because your pets do less when below 50% dont lvl the skill.

With the changes bms got a big buff against the best counter to them, doters.

you have two pets that hit hard. Heal you, the ability to stun, and whips that do a small amount of damage, but it does add up.


You lost the ability to negate any form of damage, due to growl being removed, but gained a 20% damage reduction to DoT's.

You gained the ability to get a small amount of vamp from your whips per whip , up to 10%

And you're complaining that bestial sacrifice isn't beneficial to you? that's the same as IF I were complaining ( when I was a piercer) that I couldn't use loyalty/ intimidate, and other whip related skills. like freaky said, there are beneficial skills in Beastmastery for non BM's, and there are skills that are beneficial in weaponry to BM's for example, critical strike, and overcrit.

YOU CAN NOT HAVE THEM ALL OTHERWISE YOU WOULD BE BROKEN. there are reasons behind this. the BM skill tree had a skill that was both broken for BM's and Non bm's, it's been removed for a good reason.

You honestly know how frustrated it was to attack two or 3 times on a 2h that had 40 delay, just for it to be growled? it was stupid.

Regeners got balanced, BM's got balanced, DoTter's have got balanced, Incapacitates don't incapacitate as much, if you haven't noticed, the game is MORE balanced.

i understand what ya all sayin`....but seems my point is not...why only pet damage is maimed by the hp increase?on my dd caster i do enjoy this skill couse i dont give a f..k about my pets dmg,and this hp increase that doesent afect my casting dmg just allowed me to move to higher zone...on melee 2h slasher aswell..on my dotter? even more,but on my bm? thats a diferent story

so in pve your dropping to below 50% hp? sounds like an issue with your toon rather then the skill If that is the case, in pve simply find ways to stay above 50% hp and you wont notice it this skill as far as bms go imo is more pvp related skill to help them stay alive vs dot casters (dot casters not doing a lot of instant damage but rather they build damage up over time and do it all in 1 hit) which gives the bm with 20% more hp that much longer to kill the dotter or cleanse the damage. if your only struggle is pve then simply don't lvl the skill if you constantly find yourself below 50% hp or farm an easier zone/improve def or hell even use that aura that no one seems to use called vaccination, if your problem is pvp based then realise pvp is about versatility and not 1 build should rule them all

bestial sacrifice is not the skill that helps you vs dot...i think you refer to bear hide...wich isent the topic here...and u miss the point of my concern...10% free hp for everyone 20% hp for whip/pet users aka bm`s mainly(but the xtra hp is not free for them like for rest), whip/pet user get maimed...my question is why only they are maimed? why not everyone who use this skill? indeed whip/pet user sould be maimed more then the rest...but still they are the only ones maimed...why not lets say 20% chance for whip/pet users to be maimed and 10% for rest? that would be fair in my opinion...not just maimed nerf for bm`s and free hp for the rest
