New/Rework gem idea

Have angelic mit% work in PVE only for staff users, or have a gem that only provides Mit for staff users in PVE. So staff DDers can farm atleast faar areas instead of being stuck in Ust.

I'd prefer a hit% aura gem over an angelic for my staff dd'er.... he can do higher than rw/fungi without angleic already but his hit rate is garbage even with over 800 cnc

That is music to my ears, aura and / or spellbound passives with option to apply any gem on enemies (without staff prerequisites) usable by both staff and dc whatever builds.
