Default Two Extra Gem Pouches
First extra pouch would only be usable in PvE combat.

Second extra pouch would only be able to hold escape gems/heavies.

Carrying an entire pouch of extra gems in our inventories is a pointless hindrance in my opinion, and my proposed solution would still limit PvP adaptability to 3 pouches, as it is now.

Indeed we do need extra pouches and extra equipment sets. But there should be no restrictions on them. Let players buy as many equipment, pouch and rune sets as they won't. It could be gotten through tcs. It could be an option under $. The cost? May be 5 or 10 tcs. The cost is not that important as only serious players would buy them. A serious player would buy them at almost any cost.

Limiting pouches means you have to have more strategy. You can't just buy your way to victory with a pouch/equip set to counter every situation if you limit the number of PvP pouches.

Does not mean more strategy it means limited strategy. The use of other gem set ups based on strategy is limited by the number of pouches. You just decent because I am for it.
