Default abnegation question
As the fight extends, this skill decreases the duration of all incapacitate effects cast on you. maximum of 50% reduction at 5 minutes at a skill of 100.


Since it doesn't specify pvp like learned defense/defiance, i assume this affects pve as well? if not wording should probably be changed.

It's worded correctly. It is all combat.
