Hotbar on the other side

Dear glitchly i tried to play on android, and the hotbar is working quite good, but i can only have the hotbar either bottom or the right side.. i would like to be able to have it on the left side. If i misssed how to make that happen pls tell cause it would enjoplaying on the phone if this was possible
