A Mobs HP Indicater

Can there be placed a little "v" notch to show on a Mobs/Boss HP Bar the spot when it's at 50% and at the 20% mark. It would be helpful for me and others to see if we even make it to at most the 20% mark.

A mob could have a traffic light hp bar changing from green to orange at 50% and red @ 20%. Or notches are good ;-)
