why do I keep getting the message "Error, lastpacket and lastpacketsent equal while not intransit: 43793197id=466=uid=453718046&action=f&modifier=g&g emslot=2&gemindex=1240" on my caster?

I also get this message when holding down a number key to cast. The triggering mechanism is putting my laptop into standby/sleep with the client running. When I wake it up and do some Nodding, the message will occur when holding down buttons.
Currently running v3.168 but this has also happened on most if not all previous client iterations.
I'm not a caster and tend to get the message too especially when holding down a number key to cast, especially if i hit ctrl to shatter something i don't need and keep defting.
Doesn't happen often, certainly a weird one :P.
