weird difference in arena match amounts

Default weird difference in arena match amounts
Kambur and Milkchan both in q for the same time, but Milk gets 13 fights and Kamb gets 3. milk rating near 1k, kamb rating near 300. whats up with that?

2 toons trying to get into 1 match where only 1 toon from 1 ip can enter. 1 is prioritized, the other gets left on the wing. need more people queuing to enable them to both go in at same rate... or seems to be what works for me.

Idk sometimes I sit in queue for 45 mins or so with no fights and see people in civil talk about 4 or 5 different fights they've had. Maybe I should queue up my noob alt during those times and see if queue pops for her more easily for some reason :P

Is the composition of the teams in arena completely random? Or is there like both sides ~equal total rating or something?

Other than the restrictions that pretent your own characters from being opposed, it is completely random for this season.
