Default Resin mechanics

Similar to enchanting and flame working etc. Where higher then required resource can be used let's have similar way with resins.

There is 2 options it can be improved:

1. Let's say lower resin requires to use tier 1 and you are in t2 trying to quickly put together a potion . Instead downtiering t6 available or taking a hike to t1 - let us use tier 6 instead of tier 1 as long amount stays the same . It cost slightly more to do so but save time for person in a hurry or for those without TM.

2. When you "manually" put in all ingredients - system will check if value of resin is equal or higher then original formula then proceed as usual remembering your last "custom" setup.

Reason for it to be implemented:

- it saves trip to other towns for people you will sink extra gold

- by dismantling items people receiving random odd resins that are tiers not usable for what they craft. By simply adding few other resins make that tier counts as higher tier as long combined value is equal or higher .

From my experience I have bunch of tier 20's that takes space and either up or downtier is a waste.

I don't see how it can be abused - it will result only in minor gold sink.
