ToU update means old banned chars can be unbanned ?

Default ToU update means old banned chars can be unbanned ?
Hello glitch,

Because on the latest ToU update and account share being allowed and all, i was wondering if you could unban the chars of the old DACIA guys. They were initially banned for account share, but since it is allowed... there should be no reason to keep the punishment... right ?

We managed to talk with them from time to time since the ban, and they were thinking of coming back... So if you would remove the restriction, most likely would come back and we would get to see again their ugly faces

I think a lot of people would also be happy to see them again

i would think he means the people who were originally banned for account sharing.

Not sure why some people were banned most involved botting or scamming or some thing along with account sharing i thought

The laws have changed and going forward some things that were previously illegal are now simply frowned upon. That should not mean retroactive changes to sentencing. People who were banned for things that may not now get them banned still did the things when they were reasons for a ban. Why do we want to invite a whole much of people who cant "play nice" and are looking for ways to push the boundaries back into the game.

Pots now legal in many states in the US but those who went to jail previous to those law changes are not being set free.

For clarification, Publicenemy was banned for constantly berating the crafting system.
