Legendary Resourcing Suit

With the shortage and prices of t30 mats as of late i formally request some armor and or weapons that could help toons get better chances of higher tier pulls.

Another option would be items to increase enchantrashing percent, or perhaps some sort out of epic uptiering skill that could increase the usefullness of lower tier mats.

Could also convert aliangel or samurai gear into resourcing suit

Something like 'increases the minimum resource (not maximum)'. Increases by 1 with each tier.

i would say this suit would have to have chance to increase tier by such and such, and the wearer needs to have on the whole suit to gain that chance possibility or it will be far too OP

I would like to see a new suit added for this, as opposed to kinda nerfing another suit.
