Default Junk Removal perk?
A resourcing skill to reduce the likelihood of receiving junk items like heavy rocks in mining or shoes in fishing. With 100% removal of junk items at level 100.

there is 100% chance of heavy rocks in mining cuz it only appears in zones where you can't mine. would help in fishing tho. could also make it affect failure to find a spot to forage, empty traps, and no prey showing up in hunting.
